Paderno's rectangular baking tray is ideal for making breadsticks, cakes, biscuits, pizza and focaccia or baked potatoes and vegetables. The high edges ensure that the dough does not spill out during baking.

• Aluminium is an excellent conductor of heat, ensuring rapid and even baking. Resistant to the high temperatures of electric, gas or ventilated ovens, without deforming.
• We recommend buttering or oiling the bottom and edges of the mould before use. Do not cut directly on the pan in order to preserve its correct functioning.
• It does not have a coated surface, unlike Teflon ones, thus avoiding the danger of contaminating food.
